These two books allowed me to present so much of my passion. In “super grains and seeds,” I was able to bring ancients grains like quinoa and amaranth on the page for everyone to enjoy. I took my favorite ingredients, and married them with international flavors and family recipes.
In “for the love of oats,” one ingredient covers breakfast, snacks and treats. It’s a fun book for the family, who wouldn’t want to start the weekend with apple pie oatmeal?
